Les Paul Classic 'burst w/Premium Plus Figured Maple Top

Premium Plus Maple Top in Amberburst finish:





These Les Paul Classic's are, in fact, a reissue of the 1960 Les Paul
series with the slim line neck that, in the original Les Paul line was
unique to these guitars. The 1952-1959 models all had rather fat
and round necks that were not, depending on one's preferences,
as fast to fret and play upon as the 1960 model.

Notice that in addition to the bookmarked "Tiger Flame" there is a
Medulary cross grain that runs the length of the body from end to end.





My Les Paul Classic is powered by two Seymour Duncan Humbuckers.
In the neck position is a '57 Reissue and in the bridge position is a
JB model 'bucker. Both are double black bobbin pickups w/o covers
to further enhance their output power.

Both tone controls are removed and "push-pull" coil splitting "pots"
installed that, when "pulled" up, split the double coil-wound 'buckers
into single coils for a completely different sound.

This feature, similar to the Jimmy Page Signature Model Les Paul
guitar, allows one to have these combinations of sound:

2 - humbuckers
2 - single coils
1 - single coil bridge / 1 humbucker neck
1 - single coil neck / 1 humbucker bridge

added to the 3 way switch feature which allows
these addition combinations:

1 - humbucker bridge
1 - humbucker neck
1 - single coil bridge
1 - single coil neck

giving a total combination of 8 options of sound without
the need of a tone control of any kind.

These Seymour Duncan 'buckers SCREAM, and are significantly
more POWERFUL than usual "because" they are NOT bridaled,
not restrained, by the usual reduction in output potential that
traditional tone "potentiometers" provide.

This guitar literaly SHREDS!
